How much funnier can this get?
Stern text message from the credit card company: You spent what on telecom equipment? It doesn't fit your profile. So we denied it. Alert readers will know that the HTC tradeup was valid until April 30. Validate the charge. But they tell me I'll have to redo the order with the vendor. It is May 1 now.
Ok.
Email from HTC a few minutes later. Trade up extended until May 15. hmmm.
Did I forget to say how many times I had to try at Tmobile before I could place an order ? 4 .
May 2......
No response from HTC Trade up. And Kin is not on the list now. Time to cancel. May as well wait a few more weeks to skip ETF.
I called TMobile to cancel the order. Not possible. What ? It has not shipped yet. So we cannot cancel. Just refuse delivery and return to sender!
A few minutes later, email: Your Tmobile order is now cancelled.
Start over. Wiser? Unsure.
